1. Shipping Services

RT Services provides parcel shipping between China and Cameroon. By using our services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Payment Terms

• Full paymentis required before delivery of the parcel.
• Partial payments (advance) are accepted. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.
• Payment reminders will be sent every 3 daysuntil full payment is completed.
• Accepted methods: Mobile Money (Cameroon), Alipay/WeChat (China), Bank Transfer.

3. Storage Fees

• Storage fees begin on the4th dayafter arrival in Cameroon.
• You will be notified by WhatsApp when storage fees start.
• Reminders are sent every3 days.
• Storage fees must be paid along with any remaining parcel balance before collection.

4. Reimbursement Policy

• For parcels that are lost or not received, RT Services will reimburse the client based on the weight of the parcel only.
• Reimbursement is NOT based on the value of the contents or the purchase price of the items inside.
• Reimbursement rate: 7,800 FCFA per kg (standard rate).
• A proof of reception at our offices (receipt or signed document) must be provided to file a claim.
• Claims must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
• RT Services is not liable for items that are fragile, perishable, or prohibited by customs regulations.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information (phone number required).
• Collect parcels promptly to avoid storage fees.
• Keep proof of reception for any reimbursement claims.
• Ensure all items comply with customs regulations of both countries.

6. Prohibited Items

• Illegal substances or drugs
• Weapons and explosives
• Counterfeit goods
• Items prohibited by Chinese or Cameroonian customs
